You may return your order only if it is wrong size / incorrect colour / damaged. All returns must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible. All returns must be approved first by email and you need to specify the reason for the return and the invoice number. If the item was an incorrect purchase, you will be charged for postage for the returned item.
Cash refunds are not given, and if you return an item, you'll receive a credit for that same amount.
Returns must be new, unworn, and unwashed. We do not refund postage costs on returns or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
Please note that for deliveries outside of Australia, you will be responsible for any inbound customs duties or taxes your country imposes on imported goods.
If you do not pay any customs and/or duties required to release the parcel for delivery and the goods are returned to us as a result, we will be unable to issue a refund on the goods.
Please allow 5-7 days for printing and up to 21 days for your order to be received in Australia, and 28 days for New Zealand and international orders.
All orders are sent Monday to Friday.
